All of our Sweepers feature REAL-TIME GPS TRACKING! We know where they were, when they were there, how fast they were going, you name it and IPS can get a report on it and a map diagram of it! This not only helps ensure reliability, but it is a tool for You as well. A GPS report may prevent claims of negligence should a slip-and-fall occur on your property.

We have back up trucks. If, by some odd chance, a truck breaks down or gets a flat, we have back up units ready to be sent out in their place.

Our Sweepers can perform the following services:

• Blow out the sidewalk areas, corner areas of the parking lot, and around all signs and car bumper stops in the parking lot with a high volume, low emissions blower.
• Vacuum all parking areas with a high-powered hydraulic vacuum sweeper truck using a dust-suppression system.
• Clean out trash enclosure areas of any loose trash and debris, as well as any trash bags that may have “missed” the dumpster.
• Clean out any trash and debris that has blown into the landscaped areas onsite.
• Remove full trash bags from any trash cans onsite and replace them with high-quality, thick mil trash bags to prevent rips and spills.
