Pressure Washing

Our Pressure Washing crews carry Cones and Caution Tape on all of their trucks. We cordon off areas being cleaned as best as possible to help prevent possible slip-and-falls (and potential lawsuits).

IPS provides Service Reports, if you so desire, to let you know when we were there and what services were done.

IPS uses professional high-pressure flat surface cleaning machines to clean concrete rather than just rinsing it off with a sprayer. This is superior for 4 reasons:

• First, they clean the concrete evenly, so you don’t see all the swirl and zig-zag marks from a sprayer;
• Second, they clean the concrete very well without damaging it, unlike sprayers that cut into the concrete at close ranges (like where someone has tried to get up gum);
• Third, protected by water-containing skirts, they help keep the water off your windows; and
• Fourth, IT IS FASTER! We all know time is money! With the best equipment in the industry, we are able to clean faster and more efficiently. This translates into less expensive, but it also means less time onsite and in the way of any tenants that might be open 24 hrs (such as bars or convenience stores).
